Emotional Freedom Techniques

Le Tecniche di Libertà Emotiva (EFT) ideate dall’ingegnere statunitense Gary Craig nel 1995 hanno raggiunto fama mondiale grazie alla loro efficacia e rapidità di esecuzione. EFT (denominata al singolare) integra conoscenze orientali (il concetto di energia vitale -Qi-, il sistema dei Meridiani) con la with the typically western pragmaticity,and has proved to be a valuable aid in managing a wide range of problems, from fears to symptoms physical, from addictions to painful memories. In addition to its application to solve problems of various types, EFT has established itself as a tool to improve situations and performances, from the field of relationships to that of sport, from the working world to the artistic one.

The method starts from an assumption (Everything is energy that vibrates at different frequencies) corroborated by thousands of years of experience accumulated in the East: it is possible to intervene on the human energy system through delicate touches in specific points, to favor a new balance that brings with it greater vitality, well-being and presence.EFT is therefore a self-help method (stimulation of points is performed by the person) practicable by anyone, in any context (home, school, work, travel).
